Frontier® Acela XP

Esco Frontier® Acela™ XP (EFA-XP) is an explosion-proof ducted fume hood that provides the highest level of chemical containment and almost no possibility of sparks in the workzone.* This laboratory containment device is suitable for applications or rooms which have presence of highly flammable or explosive gases and vapours especially in the Oil & Gas industries.

Each EFA-XP ducted fume hood comes standard with: 

• 1 x Water Enhanz™ Remote Controlled Fixture Plumbed to the Top 

• 1 x Gas Enhanz™ Remote Controlled Fixture Plumbed to the Top 

• Explosion-Proof Lighting (1 piece for 4/5 ft, 2 pieces for 6/8 ft) 

• Explosion-Proof Electrical Outlet (1 on left side post and 1 on right side post: total of 2 pcs EO) 

• 1 x Explosion-Proof ON-OFF Switch 

• 1 x Explosion-Proof Junction Box and Cable Gland
